Hiding a conversation

You can hide text message conversations so they no longer appear in your inbox.

To hide a conversation

1.   Log in to Sesame ONE.

2.   In the top-right corner, click the icon.

3.   From the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the text message that you want to hide, click Hide Conversation.

The conversation is removed from the text message inbox until the patient replies or communicates with your office via text in the future.
