Text message settings

You can configure text message settings used to communicate with patients via text message.

To configure text message settings

1.   Log in to Sesame ONE.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click Settings.

3.   Under Communication, click Text Message Settings.

4.   Configure the following Text Message Settings:

·        Business Name - Type the name of your practice just as you want it to appear in your text messages (up to 20 characters).

·        Textable Hours - Set the start and end times when you want Sesame ONE to deliver text messages to recipients.

·        Enable/Disable Text Messages - Turn this option on if you want to send and receive text messages from your business portal. If you turn this option off, the following will apply:

§        No automated text messages will be sent.

§        All text messages that have already been sent will be saved in client communication history.

§        One-off messages will only send email messages, not text messages.

5.   When finished, click Save.
