Other than the Patient Engage Dashboard, where can I send one-off text and email messages?

You can send one-off messages through the patient's Details page next to their cell phone number or email address. To learn more, read Viewing and editing a patient's details page.

 

Can I save a list of patients for future use in one-off messaging?

No, you must customize, create, and edit your recipient list each time that you initiate a one-off message. You can save the one-off message itself as a template for future use.  

 

What do I need to know about client communication preferences?
