Viewing and editing a patient's details page

Patient Engage syncs with your practice management system several times a day, so any updates made to your patient information and/or service calendar will be reflected in Patient Engage. Patient Engage provides the following patient information on the Client details page:

·        Client basic contact information

·        Client communication preferences

·        A history of internal notes your staff may have created on the client

·        Client vehicle information (for automotive businesses only)

·        A list of people they referred to your business, if any

·        Client survey history

·        Client reviews history

·        Client appointment/service history

·        Client communications history

To view and edit a patient's details page

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the to left of the window, type the patient's name in the Search patients box.

3.   Click the link for the patient whose details you want to view.

4.   Click Edit to edit the patient details.

5.   Make the needed changes to the patient information.

6.   When finished, click Save.
