Detaching cases

You can unlink an iConfident case at any time. This does not delete the case in OMSVision but does delete any copies of the case information saved in the corresponding patient's Patient Information Center.

To detach a case

Open the Implant Case History window.

Cases that are already linked have a check mark in the iConfident column.

Select the attached case that you want to detach.

Click the iConfident button.

The View Case dialog box appears.

Click Detach Case.

A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes to detach the case and remove any PDF copies of the iConfident case from the Document Center.
