Locking notes
You can lock notes in ClinicalVision as needed.
To lock a note
On the Task pane of the hard tissue chart or periodontal chart, click View.
The Notes: List section appears.

Do one of the following:
Select the note you want to lock. Next, from the Notes menu, point to Selected Note, and then click Lock to lock the note.
Right-click a note in the list box, and then click Lock to lock the note.
