Creating common notes
In ClinicalVision, with common note categories created, you can add common notes to them.
To add a common note to a category
On the Task pane of the hard tissue or periodontal chart, click View.
The Notes: List section appears.

From the Notes menu, select Edit Manual Notes.
The Notes: Common Notes section replaces the Notes: List section.

In the Categories list box, select the category for the note.
If the category you want attached to the note does not exist, click Add Category to create a new category.
Click Add Note.
The Input Common Notes dialog appears.
Type the note text.
Click OK.
