Submitting a request for an i-CAT image
The i-CAT integration is only available through EHR. As needed, you can submit a request to the i-CATVision program to acquire a CT or Panorex.
To submit a request
1. Log on to EndoVision, and open EHR by using one of the following methods:
· With a patient's Patient Information Center open, on the Control Panel, click the EHR button.
· From the Appointment Book, right-click a patient's appointment, and then click EHR.
The Electronic Health Record window appears.
2. Click the CBCT button in the Cases section.
The CBCT Request Type dialog box appears.
3. The option you chose the last time you sent an i-CAT image request is selected by default. Select the type of scan that you want to process: Pan or CT.
4. Click OK to send the request to the i-CAT Vision program.
A message box appears and informs you that the request was submitted.
5. Click OK.
Note: Only one pending request per patient is allowed, so the image for the pending request must be acquired by the i-CATVision software before you can request another i-CAT image.
