Editing an examination

You can edit an exam if the corresponding case is not locked.

To edit an examination or test

1.   In the Assessment - Clinical/Radiographic Examination and Tests section of EHR, select the examination that you want to edit.

2.   Click Edit.

The Edit Examination dialog box appears.

3.   Make any necessary changes.

4.   When you are finished, close the Edit Examination dialog box.

A message appears and asks if you want to save the information.

5.   Click Yes.
