Reminders

You can send text messages, recorded voice messages, and email messages to patients.

Note: AutoReminders are now updated in real time. So, if a patient with an appointment has his or her account set up to receive AutoReminders at a certain time before the appointment, and the patient cancels that appointment on the day of the appointment, an AutoReminder will not be sent to the patient. In the previous version, AutoReminders were sent out as determined by the date. Also, after an AutoReminder is sent out, the patient's status in the Appointment Book is updated.
