Viewing the AutoRemind log

You can view the AutoRemind Log at any time.

To view the log

1.   In a patient's Patient Information Center, click the Appointments tab.

Under Appointments, there are two columns for each appointment in the list: AutoRemind Sent and Send AutoRemind:

·        A button with a check mark icon is displayed in the AutoRemind Sent column for an appointment in the list if an AutoReminder was sent, regardless of whether or not it was received by the patient.

·        A button with a check mark icon is displayed in the Send AutoRemind column for an appointment in the list if an AutoReminder was sent but with an error.

2.   Click the AutoRemind Sent column heading to open the AutoRemind Log dialog box. The history of all AutoReminders that were sent to the patient are listed; the Response Status, Notification, Appointment, Phone Number, SMS Sent, and VM Sent are also displayed.

3.   When you are finished viewing the log, close the AutoRemind Log dialog box.

Note: Alternately, to access the log by date and by provider and/or chair, in the Appointment Book, from the Tools button menu, point to AutoRemind, and then click View AutoRemind Log.
