Setting up the Schedule

You can customize and configure the Schedule to meet the needs of your practice. In order for your staff to use the Schedule effectively in scheduling appointments, you must enter the times and days that your practice is open and the times and days that each provider is available. Once you enter and save these details, using the Schedule will save you time and hassle in keeping track of provider schedules.

For example, when you schedule an appointment for a particular provider, verification that the provider and operatory are available for the time requested is automatic. You can also find the next available appointment for any provider.
