Switching to the data chart view

The data chart shows the status of the patient’s periodontal health and is used to record and display all periodontal measurements during a periodontal exam.

The data chart is organized as a graph. Tooth numbers run along the top and the bottom of the chart and correspond to the maxillary and mandibular arches respectively. The periodontal labels for each type of data associated with each tooth extend down the left side of the chart. The data chart is the default view option.

To switch to the data chart view

In the Perio Chart toolbar, click Options, and then click Data Chart.
