The Perio Chart toolbar
The Perio Chart toolbar consists of a collection of buttons from which you can create, open, compare, and save exams; print reports; switch views; set up custom scripts; set exam dates; select providers; reference PSR scores; add clinical notes; analyze exam data, and open the Help menu.
