Overriding WebSync options

The options on the EasyWeb Sync menu include:

·        WebSync

·        Process Patient Imports

·        Correspondence Upload

To override a WebSync option

1.   In the EasyWeb toolbar, click EasyWeb Sync, and then click WebSync.

The WebSync Override Options dialog box appears.

   

Under WebSync Options is a list of options that can be performed during WebSync.

2.   Select each option that you want to include in WebSync, or select All to include all options.

Note: By selecting an option, you are telling Easy Dental to include that information each time it runs WebSync. You must set up each option on its own before you add it to WebSync or no information will be included. For example, if you select Correspondence Upload, you must set up correspondence upload or no correspondence information will be added during WebSync.

You can select up to seven options to be performed during WebSync:

• Correspondence Upload

• Patient Upload

• Referral Upload

• Insurance Eligibility Upload

• Insurance Claim Tracking Upload

• Download Patient Information Changes

• Download Appointment Status Update

• EasyWeb Toolbar Updates

3.   To run WebSync, click OK.

 

Note: WebSync performs all the tasks you selected. A red arrow appears next to each option as WebSync runs it. A green check mark appears next to each completed item.

• To view more details about WebSync, click Show Messages.

• To copy these messages to your Windows Clipboard, click Copy to Clipboard.

• To e-mail these messages click E-mail.

• To hide the messages, click Hide Messages.

4.   To stop WebSync, click Abort.

WebSync will stop where it is. Any information that was accessed or uploaded will not be changed, but no more information will be accessed or uploaded.
