ERA integration with Dentrix Enterprise is a three-step process. First, you must meet software requirements; second, you must register for ERAs with Henry Schein One; and third, you must enroll with insurance carriers to receive their ERAs.

Key Information
ERA integrations are based on Tax ID numbers. Integrations can be performed for each location that has a separate tax identification number. However, if multiple locations share the same tax ID number, it is recommended that you integrate all locations at the same time.

To register with Henry Schein One (HS1), call an HS1 Sales Team Associate at 800.459.8067 (option 1).
Not all insurance carriers transmit ERAs; however, if a carrier does not participate, contact them periodically to find out if and when they will participate. You can also visit the eClaims – Payor Search Tool to view and/or search for carriers that do participate.
You can also review the DentalXChange Payor List for those carriers that support ERA transmissions. To do so, open the DentalXChange website and click View Our Payer List.
