Key Information
To configure ERA Auto Import to work with Dentrix Enterprise, contact a Henry Schein One (HS1) Sales Associate at 800.459.8067 (option 1) or call Dentrix Enterprise Support at the same number, option 2.
With Auto Import, the 835-import utility is not required. However, if you also want the ability to import ERAs manually, the utility is needed, which can be purchased from HS1 (if you don't already have it). For help with the utility, call an HS1 Sales Associate at 800.459.8067 (option 1).
