Including medications on patient forms

You can flag the medications that you want to have available for patients to select on any patient forms that include the "Medications" element.

To include a medication on patient forms

1. When you are adding or editing a medication, set the Include on patient medical history form(s) switch to Yes.

   

2. Click (or tap) Save.
