Including medical alerts on patient forms

You can flag the problems and allergies that you want to have available for patients to select on any patient forms that include the "Medical Conditions" and "Allergies" elements.

To include a medical alert on patient forms

1. When you are adding or editing a medical alert, set the Include on patient medical history form(s) switch to Yes.

   Problem

2. Click (or tap) Save.
