The Health History toolbar
The Health History window includes a toolbar to provide easy access to the Health History tools.

Click to open a menu from which you can add a medical condition, an allergy, or multiple conditions and/or allergies to a patient's health history. |
|

|
Click to edit a selected medical condition or allergy for the selected patient. |
|
|
|
Click to inactivate a selected medical condition or allergy. Once you inactivate a medical condition or allergy, you can view it but cannot reactivate it. |
|
|
|
Click to delete a selected medical condition or allergy from a patient's health history. You cannot undo a deletion. Deleted items are added to the Audit Trail Report. |

|
|
Click to hide any medical conditions or allergies that you have inactivated in the selected patient's health history. |

Click to select a patient. |

|
Click to copy a patient's health history to the patient's Clinical Notes in the Patient Chart. |
|
|
|
|
Click to print the patient's Health History. |
|

Click to open the Document Center. |

Click to refresh the Health History window. |

Click to open the Prescriptions module. |
