Showing inactive medical conditions

You cannot reactivate inactive medical conditions and allergies, but you can have them show in the lists again.

To show an inactive medical condition

1.   In the Office Manager, click File, point to Switch To, and then click Health History.

The Health History window appears.

2.   In the toolbar, click the Setup button.

The Health History Setup dialog box appears.

3.   Select Show Inactive.

Any medical conditions or allergies that you have inactivated appear in the Health History Setup dialog box and their Status appears as Inactive.
