My Open Cases

Using the Customer Portal, your office can submit customer support cases and view open cases that have been submitted to Henry Schein One.

To view and manage your office's open cases

1.   Log in to the Customer Portal.

2.   From the Support menu, click Cases.

3.   Use the My Open Cases and My Closed Cases tabs to view any customer support cases your office has submitted.

4.   You can click a case # to view the details of that case, such as the case status (Active, Closed, etc.) and a history of correspondence regarding the case.

Note: You can reopen closed cases within 10 days of its closure date; otherwise, you will need to open a new case.
