Inserting page breaks in questionnaire forms

The questionnaire form is formatted as it is displayed in the Questionnaire Form Setup dialog box. If you want insert a page break, you must insert the page break in the dialog box.

To insert a page break in a questionnaire form

1.   In the Questionnaire Setup dialog box, create a new form or edit a form.

The Questionnaire Form Setup dialog box appears.

2.   Select the question after which you want to make the page break, and then click Insert Page Break.

A page break is inserted in the questionnaire form.

3.   To your changes, click Close.
