Reviews are an excellent way to leverage your current patients to help you attract new ones. We send your reviews to multiple sources on the web to ensure your practice maintains a strong online presence. Below is a list of the different sources that typically feature our reviews.
· The Business Profile Page - All of your reviews will always display on your Business Profile Page.
· Your Website - To access the HTML code to add reviews to your website, go to the Settings link at the top of the screen while logged in to your portal, Then, under Connect, click Website. Reviews will show up in real time.
You can prioritize where your customers are sent to review your business through the Intelligent Reviews link in your Settings page. You can turn on and off review sites, and prioritize where we send your customers to share their experience.
Supported review sites include:*
· Facebook (separate from the Facebook Reviews Application)
· WebMD (for dental and medical businesses)
· Yelp
· Vitals (for dental and medical businesses)
You can also send out a promotion or newsletter to encourage your current customers to show their support for your business.
