Intelligent Reviews help you manage your online reputation. You can turn on and off review sites to prioritize where we send your patients to share their experience.
To configure automated recall messages
2. From the Dentrix Hub toolbar, click Settings.
3. Under Communication, click Intelligent Reviews.
4. Click Edit Settings.
5. Locate your review link on the web for each site (Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.) and paste the web address in the appropriate text box. This will switch the toggle to ON.
6. Switch the toggle to ON or OFF for each review site.
Note: Review sites that do not have a URL will be disabled. Enter the URL to activate the review site.
7. Click the percentage next to each review site to manually enter percentage amounts.
Note: An error message appears if you allocate over 100%. Resolve this by scrolling down and clicking Split the Rest or manually adjust the percentages.
8. Click Save Changes.
