Viewing Online Bookings

After Online Bookings have been set up and received, you can view the online bookings that your practice has received.

To view Online Bookings

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   Click Leads.

3.   Under Leads, click Online Booking.

4.   Click Booking Center.

Tips:

·        To expand and view detailed appointment information, click the chevron arrow to the right of the appointment.

·        To add an appointment note, after expanding the appointment information, click Add Note, type your note, and then click Save.

·        To collapse the appointment information, click the down arrow in the top right corner of the expanded patient information screen.

·        To sort the list by the time the appointments were received, click the Received Time column header.
