Reputation Builder is a newsletter you can send to your patients that asks them to "like" or "follow" your practice or write a review on a public website. It positions you to reach your current and potential patients where they are: on the Internet. Reputation Builder makes it easy for you to gather patient reviews through multiple sites.
While we do send your reviews to several places online (such as the DF Local Business Profile Page, your Facebook (if you have the widgets installed), and your business website), Reputation Builder campaigns are going to increase your online presence in other popular online sites.
To set up your business information for Reputation Builder
2. From the Dentrix Hub toolbar, click Settings.
3. Under Contact Information, click Business Information.
4. Scroll down to Local Business Settings and click Edit.
5. In your web browser, locate your business listing for each search site (Yelp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and copy the web address.
6. Paste the web address link in the appropriate Local Business Settings box in your portal and click Save.
Note: The process for adding your Google link is slightly different. The first four steps are the same as above.
To add your Google link for Reputation Builder
2. From the Dentrix Hub toolbar, click Settings.
3. Under Contact Information, click Business Information.
4. Scroll down to Local Business Settings and click Edit.
5. Go to www.google.com.
6. Enter in your business phone number or business name in the search bar.
7. Click the Write a review button in your Google business information.
The Rate and review box appears.
8. Copy the URL in the browser.
9. Paste the URL into the Google box (under Local Business Settings) and click Save.

Feedback submitted to these sites is not controlled by us, and review management will not apply.
