After Online Bookings have been set up and received, you can search for specific online bookings that your practice has received.
To search Online Bookings
2. Click Leads.
3. Under Leads, click Online Booking.
4. Click Booking Center.
5. In the top right corner, click inside the Search field.
6. In the Search box, type the patient name you want to find.
7. Press Enter.
8. From the selections that appear, click the desired patient name to view its detail.
Note: To clear the search filtering, click in the Search field and delete the search text.
