After designing your campaign and selecting recipients, you need to schedule the delivery of your email campaign.
To schedule delivery of your email campaign
1. From the Create Email Campaign page, under Start this campaign on, select the date when you want to send the campaign and the time of day: Morning, Afternoon, Evening.
2. Select This is a recurring campaign if you want to use the same content and criteria to resend at a specified interval.
a. Under Send this campaign every, type a number in the first box and select Days, Weeks, or Months from the list.
b. (Optional) Under End this campaign on, clear the selection for Never end this campaign and select a date from the box to its left.
c. Select the maximum number of times per year each patient should receive the campaign from the list next to year.
3. Click Send to send or schedule your campaign.
