Sending a review request gives your patients an easy opportunity to provide a review of your services via text message.
To send a review request
2. Click General.
3. Under General, click Dashboard.
4. On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Today’s Follow-Up Actions section, and click the Request Review via Text icon.
5. Ask for verbal consent, then click Next.
Note: You only need to ask for verbal consent the first time for each patient.
6. Select the appropriate option (depending on if your patient's response) and then click Submit.
Note: If the patient has a textable number on file, it will auto-populate in the mobile number field. You can also manually enter in a phone number if it’s blank or replace it if the client wants to use a different number.
7. After selecting Yes, read the prompt on the screen to the patient, and then click Done.
Note: If you selected no, the request is canceled. Click Done to exit the screen.
The patient will need to reply with TEXT to opt in and receive the review link.
Note: Your patient will only need to opt in once. For the US, this will also opt your patients in to receiving text messages for future appointments. For Canada, clients will still need to opt in through the Welcome text to receive appointment reminders.
