Confirming appointments (Patient Engage Mobile)

Using Patient Engage Mobile, you can confirm patient appointments.

To confirm a patient appointment

1.   Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.

2.   Do one of the following:

·        Swipe left on the appointment you want to confirm.

·        Tap the  icon in the right corner of the appointment, and then tap Confirm.

·        Tap the  icon in the right corner of the appointment, tap View Details, and then Confirm.

3.   A confirmation appears in a green banner.

Note: Once confirmed, the confirmation is also reflected in the Patient Engage in-browser portal and in Patient Engage Live.
