Marking text messages as important (Live)

Messages that you mark as important (or that are marked as important by Patient Engage Live based on past actions) appear when you filter the text message list to show Important messages.

To mark text messages as important

1.  Click the Two-way Text button on the Navigation bar.

2.   Click the Importance icon (the banner) on the left side of a text message conversation to switch between important and unimportant.

Note: Patient Engage Live uses this information to identify important messages in the future.
