Patient Status Report

You can print a report that includes patient demographics, insurance information, and open procedures (if any).

To print a patient status report

In a patient’s Patient Information Center, on the Control Panel, under Actions, from the Print/View menu, click Status Report.

A preview of the patient status report for the patient appears.
