Communications tab

From the Communications tab of the Patient Information Center, you can add, edit, and delete an unlimited number of addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, and IMs for the patient.

The Communication tab consists of the following areas:

·        Address - You can manage home, business, mailing, billing, and other types of addresses.

·        Phone - You can manage home, business, cell, fax, emergency, and other types of contact numbers.

·        Electronic - You can manage email, IM, and Web page contacts.

·        Notes - You can enter general notes regarding a patient. This field has a limit of 2,000 characters.
