Appointments tab
The middle menu under Actions on the Control Panel changes according to the selected tab in a patient’s Patient Information Center. With the Appointments tab selected, the middle menu is labeled Appoint.
Click the link to display a menu with the following options:
· Appointment Book – To open the Appointment Book to the current day. If the Appointment Book is opened from a patient's account, the program assumes that the next appointment to be made is for that patient and enters the patient's name automatically, but the name can be changed when creating the appointment.
· Cancellation Log - To Edit or Delete the Cancellation Log. This option is available only if you have Cancelled / Rescheduled appointments selected on the Appointments tab.
· Edit/View/Delete – To open the Appointment Book to the patient’s next appointment so that you to view or make any changes to or delete the appointment. This option is available only if the patient has a future appointment.
· Print - To print the Routing Slip.
