Managing Virtual Scan Forms
You can open the Virtual Scan Forms attached to the patient's appointment if he or she has an appointment that is linked to a form on the same date as the date of a selected EHR case.
To manage the forms
1. In the Cases section of EHR, select the case for which you want to view the Virtual Scan Forms.
2. Click Form.
The Virtual Scan Forms for Appointment window appears.
3. Add, edit, and delete the Virtual Scan Forms as needed. Any changes will be reflected on the patient's appointment.
4. When you are finished, close the Virtual Scan Forms for Appointment window.
