Removing Virtual Scan Forms from appointments

You remove Virtual Scan Forms that are attached to an appointment as needed.

To remove a form

1.   In the Appointment Book, right-click an appointment, and then click Virtual Scan Forms.

The Virtual Scan Forms for Appointment window appears.

2.   Select a Virtual Scan Form.

3.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

4.   Click Yes.
