Viewing reversed claims

You can view the list of claims that have been reversed. You can then print a copy of any claim to give to the corresponding patient.

To view reversed claims

1.   From the Report menu, point to Insurance, and then click Canadian Claims.

The Canadian Claims window appears.

2.   On the Control Panel, under Electronic Responses, click the Claim Reversal link.

The Claim Reversals tab appears.

3.   Select a response, and then click the Open button to view a message regarding that response.

Tips:

·        To select multiple responses (to delete or print them), while holding down the Ctrl key, click each response that you want to select. Alternately, to select all responses in a range, click a response, and then, while holding down the Shift key, click another response.

·        To search for a response, select a Search By option, and then begin typing the text that you want to search For. The first response that matches your search criteria is selected automatically. Click the Previous or Next button to select the previous or next response that matches (if any), respectively.

4.   Click OK to view the corresponding claim.
