Viewing eligibility responses

You can view the list of eligibility requests that have been responded to.

To view eligibility responses

1.   From the Report menu, point to Insurance, and then click Canadian Claims.

The Canadian Claims window appears.

2.   On the Control Panel, under Electronic Responses, click the Eligibility link.

The Eligibility Responses tab appears.

3.   Select a response, and then click the Open button to view a message regarding that response.

Tips:

·        To select multiple responses (to delete or print them), while holding down the Ctrl key, click each response that you want to select. Alternately, to select all responses in a range, click a response, and then, while holding down the Shift key, click another response.

·        To search for a response, select a Search By option, and then begin typing the text that you want to search For. The first response that matches your search criteria is selected automatically. Click the Previous or Next button to select the previous or next response that matches (if any), respectively.

4.   Click OK to view the corresponding eligibility information.
