Updating the responses

You can manually update or refresh the electronic responses from the CDA to make sure you have the most recent responses.

Important: You should update the responses after you upgrade OMSVision from a previous version to the current version. This will force the program to reconcile what was done before the upgrade so that everything is up to date.

To update the responses

1.   From the Report menu, point to Insurance, and then click Canadian Claims.

The Canadian Claims window appears.

2.   On the Control Panel, under Electronic Responses, click the Update Responses link.
