Referrer status preferences

You can set up the referrer status preferences.

To set up the preferences

From the Utilities menu, click Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

On the Operation tab, under Referrer Status, set up the following preferences:

Set inactive if no production in - Enter the number of months after which the status of a referrer will automatically change to inactive if no production has been posted for a patient with that referral source. If you do not want the status of referrers to change automatically, leave the value at zero. (You can filter reports according to an active or inactive referrer status.)

Set to inactive if no referrals in - Enter the number of months after which the status of the referrer will automatically change to inactive if no patients have been referred to the office by that referral source. If you do not want the status of referrers to change automatically, leave the value at zero. (You can filter reports according to an active or inactive referrer status.)

The ranking of [number/letter] is auto populated - Type a number or letter to serve as the default ranking when adding referrers.

Advanced Profile tab name - If desired, specify a different name to be used for referrers' advanced profile.

Click Ok.
