Using the Subjective - Record section
The patient's chief complaint appears in the Subjective - Record section of EHR as you recorded it when you added or edited a case. The patient's history of the present illness also appears. Additionally, you can add comments, surveys for dental history, orthognathic work, TMJ, and medical history.

Tip: If you select the Turn on Hide/Rename tabs option in Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferences section on the Operation tab, you can right-click any of these tabs and then do one of the following:
Click Hide to temporarily hide the tab (for privacy reasons). The tab remains hidden until you click Show Hidden Tabs under Control Panel.
Click Rename to rename the tab. If you later want to restore the original rename, right-click the tab, delete the name (so the field is blank), and then click OK.
