You can use the Practice Potential module to show potential revenue opportunities in three key areas: Hygiene Recall, Case Acceptance, and Patient Retention.
To break down hygiene recall data
1. Open Jarvis Analytics, and then click the Practice Potential tab.
The Your Practice Potential screen appears.
Note: The first tables display the key practice metrics per month: Net Monthly Production and Collection, Production Per Provider Per Day, and Patient Visits.
2. Go
to HYG Recall, and then click
the View hygiene recall breakdown icon 
.
The Hygiene Recall table appears.
Note: Data pertaining to the top 20% of providers appears in green, mid tier provider data appears in goldenrod, and the bottom 20% of providers appear in pink.
3. To view a definition of a data point, hover your pointer over the Info icon associated with that data point.
