Adding, editing, and deleting limitation classes

You can manage the codes or classes of codes for an insurance profile for which you are setting up age and time limitations. You can have up to five procedure codes per class.

To manage limitation classes

1.   While you are adding age and time limitations to an insurance profile on the Benefits and Limits tab of the Edit Insurance Profile dialog box, right-click in the left-most field under Age & Time Limitations, and then click Limitation Classes.

Note: Alternately, from the Insurance Profiles window, with an insurance profile selected, click Class Setup to manage limitation classes for that profile.

The Age/Time Limitation Class Setup window appears.

2.   Do any of the following:

·        Add/Edit

a.   Do one of the following:

·        To add a class, click Add.

·        To edit an existing class, select a class, and then click Edit.

The Edit Limitation Class dialog box appears.

b.   Type a Name for the class.

c.   For each Code, do any of the following:

·        Click the Remove button to remove that procedure from the class.

·        Double-click in the field to search for and paste in a procedure.

d.   Click OK.

·        Delete

a.   Select the class you want to delete.

b.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

c.   Click Yes.
