Referrer ranking and statistics

You can run a report to view a referrer's ranking and statistics.

To run the report

1.   From the File menu, click Referrers.

The Referrers window appears.

2.   Select the referrer whose record you want to view.

3.   Click Edit.

The Edit Referrer dialog box appears.

4.   Click the Ranking/Statistics tab.

The Statistics are divided by location with a sum for all offices. Last year's totals are listed for comparison purposes. The rank of the referrer is included.

Note: The ranking filter uses the values set on the Profile tab of the Edit Referrer dialog box, not the ranking/statistics values of other referrers.

Also, you have the following columns with graphs: Production, Collections, Adjustments, Visits, Patients, Teeth, Hours, and Collections %.

5.   When you are finished, close the Edit Referrer dialog box.
