Logon preferences

You can set up preferences for logging on to the program.

To set the preferences for logging on

1.   From the Utilities menu, click Preferences.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

2.   On the Program tab, set up the following logon options:

·        WorkStation - Enter a unique workstation number (up to four digits) for this computer. The number should not conflict with another computer on your office's network. The workstation number is initially set during the installation of the program.

·        Location - Select the location you want to log on to by default.

3.   Click Ok.
