Estimator message when posting charges

You can print a claim or send a claim electronically for a charge you post that has requirements (as determined by the insurance profile's estimator). However, when you attempt to post a charge with a requirement a message will appear to inform you that a requirement exists for that charge.

To print claims with requirements

1.   In the Post New Charges window, enter a Code with at least one requirement.

A message appears and states that claim requirements exist for the estimator.

2.   Click OK.

3.   Finish posting the charge, and then click OK in the Billing Summary dialog box.

A preview of the claim appears.
