Adding special notes
You can add a special note to a patient. Special Notes remain attached to the patient until they are deleted or terminate.
To add a note
1. On the Notes tab, click the Special Notes tab.
Any existing special notes are displayed with the name, message, created date, termination date, and attach options.
2. Click the Add
icon .
3. Do one of the following:
· Select the one of the notes to insert and click Edit.
· Click Add to add a new note.
3. In the Special Note field, type the full note.
4. The default attach options for the special note are selected to show where the special note will appear, but you can select or clear any of the check boxes: Statement, Appointment comments, Receipts, Appointment pop-up message, and Claims.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Paste.
