Working with narrative templates

You can add an edit a narrative template for use with any EHR case.

To manage templates

1.   In the EHR Narratives window, do one of the following:

·        To add a new narrative template, click Add .

·        To edit an existing narrative template, select a narrative template, and then click Edit .

The EHR Narrative Edit window appears.

2.   From the File menu, click Open Template.

The Narrative Templates Table window appears.

3.   Click the Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top, and Move to Bottom arrow buttons to move any selected template accordingly in the list.

4.   Select Display by Category to group the templates by category.

5.   Perform any of the following tasks:

·        Select the template you want to edit, and then click Edit.

·        Select the template you want to delete, and then click Delete.

·        Select the template you want to open, and then click Choose.
