Using the Patient Summary section

The Patient Summary section of EHR displays the patient's name, date of birth, patient number, balance, contact phone numbers, general dentist, and significant medical history.

This section provides the following options:

·        On the Patient tab, basic patient information appears. Click the Extended Phone List button to go to the Communications tab of the Patient Information Center to view additional contact phone numbers for the patient.

·        On the General Dentist tab, the name and phone number of the patient's general dentist appear.
